How to Apply

  1. Learn more about our degree programs by using the Program Finder
  2. Take an English proficiency exam, if required
  3. Write your statement of purpose
  4. Graduate students should contact their desired program and the School of Graduate Studies
  5. Apply for admission, pay a non-refundable $75 USD application fee and submit application documents
  6. Check your application status
  7. Have your official test scores sent to UMKC and request your previous institutions send all of your official academic records to us
